We use data to operate DentSignal, keep it secure, and improve service quality without using your PHI to train shared models.

• Provide call answering, scheduling, and messaging services for your clinic.

• Improve product quality, including prompts and detection behavior, without using your PHI to train shared models.

We work with service providers that help deliver DentSignal, and we do not sell or rent your data.

• Telephony and supporting voice or model vendors, such as Telnyx and Deepgram, under Business Associate Agreements where applicable.
• Analytics and error monitoring providers limited to operational data and not PHI where feasible.
• We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Security controls are designed to protect account data, recordings, and transcripts while limiting access to authorized users.

• Encryption in transit and at rest for call media, transcripts, and account data.
• Role-based access controls that restrict PHI access to authorized clinic staff.
• Configurable retention and deletion requests for recordings and transcripts where legally permissible.

We retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, account management, and legal obligations.
