No. DentSignal covers routine missed, overflow, and after-hours calls while your team keeps final scheduling and escalation decisions.

What happens during the trial?

You listen to the workflow, configure your clinic rules, and use the 15-day trial to decide if the system fits your team. Billing starts only if you continue after the trial.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. Billing is month-to-month after the free trial. There are no long-term contracts, cancellation fees, or lock-in periods.

What do we need to provide for setup?

Hours, appointment types, transfer destinations, greeting preferences, and any calendar details for the clinic you want to pilot first. Most practices are live within a day.

How is patient data handled?

BAAs are available on request. All calls are processed through HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with encrypted storage and audit logging. Review the security page and your clinic retention settings before routing live patient traffic.
